Membership Cancellation Procedure At MyiClubOnline  

To terminate the membership agreement, the necessary information can be sent via the member portal, by mail, or by registered mail.

  • Open members from one month to the next.
  • Click on the My Membership Information tab on the member portal link www.myiclubonline.com to unsubscribe.
  • Click the Request a Cancellation link and fill out the form.
  • You must complete and submit the cancellation form to request cancellation.
  • We will send you a confirmation email once your request has been successfully processed if we have your email address on file.
  • Transfers are not permitted.

Cancellation Due To Moving

  • You must move within 25 miles or more of the club’s premises.
  • A sufficient amount of evidence must be provided that you are moving.
  • Please send one of the following to the following address:
  1. The partner and the owner sign a new lease agreement in the partner’s name.
  2. A new electric connection or electricity bill in the member’s name.
  3. Newly issued driver’s license showing the new address.
  4. Copy of an international one-way ticket and a visa or green card.
  5. A copy of your paycheck and a letter from your new employer (must be literate).
  6. PCS orders (no boot camp or basic training).
  7. Final documents for purchasing a new home.
  8. Students must submit a copy of the course schedule (on letterhead) as well as a copy of their tuition fee receipt. Alternatively, if you are unable to submit any of the above, you may submit any of the following:
  9. Check the account statement for the new address.
  10. Credit card statement with the new address.
  11. Confirmation of a change of address.
  • After receiving sufficient evidence and written notice, your membership will be terminated immediately.
  • ABC Financial Services will send pro-rated refund information to the club once its membership is canceled.
