What Is The Membership Cancellation Policy?

Cancellation Procedure

Information required to terminate the membership agreement can be sent via the member portal, by post, or by registered mail.

  • Open members from one month to the next EFT:
  • You can unsubscribe via the member portal link by clicking my Membership Information tab.
  • Then click on the Request a Cancellation link and complete the form.
  • To request cancellation, you must complete and submit the form.
  • If we have your email address on file, we will send you a confirmation email once your request has been successfully processed.
  • No transfer is allowed.

Cancellation Due To Moving

  • You must relocate within 25 miles or more of the club’s premises.
  • You must provide sufficient evidence that you are moving.
  • Send ONE of the following to the following address:
  1. New lease agreement in the name of the partner, signed by the partner and the owner.
  2. New electrical connection or electricity bill in the member’s name.
  3. Newly issued driver’s license with the new address.
  4. Copy of an international one-way ticket with a copy of a visa or green card.
  5. Letter from new employer (must be literate) with a copy of paycheck.
  6. PCS orders (boot camp or basic training are not accepted).
  7. Final documents for purchasing a new home.
  8. Students must provide a copy of the course schedule (must be on letterhead) as well as a copy of the tuition fee receipt. OR If you are unable to submit any of the above, you may submit any of the following:

  • Termination is possible in case of permanent or significant disability.

  • Payments will continue until there is proper documentation from your doctor.
